On Thursday 3rd December, I was a parent helper on Kerstin's 3rd Grade trip to the very impressive Fernbank Museum of Natural History, which is comparable to Gothenburg's Universeum or London's Natural History Museum. It was the first time I have even been on a school trip as a parent instead of a teacher, and it was fun Not being responsible for everyone! Travelling on a yellow school bus was a new cultural experience which I hope I won't have to repeat too often. We had a short time to quickly take in the entire museum as we were booked to watch an incredible IMAX show about the 'wonders of the arctic', as well as listen to an excellent presentation about Georgia's different natural regions.
